We are excited to begin accepting applications for the AniYEG Market hosted at Mill Woods Town Centre on Saturday, June 13th!
After all applications have been reviewed by the admin team a follow-up email will be sent to each vendor with market information and payment details.
(Applications will be open from March 29th, 2026 - April 30th, 2026)
We are happy to offer 2 table options in our market:
6-foot tables at $125/each.
8-foot tables at $150/each

APPLICATION FORM
VENDOR AGREEMENT This Vendor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance by and between Only Together Events Inc. ("Organizer") and the applying party ("Vendor"). 1. EVENT DETAILS 1.1 Organizer agrees to provide vending space to Vendor for the event as specified in the Vendor’s approved application. Event Name: As stated on application form Event Date: As stated on application form Location: 2331 66 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6K 4B5 2. VENDOR FEE 2.1 Vendor Fee: Vendor agrees to pay the vendor fee as specified in the approved application and corresponding invoice issued by Only Together Events Inc. 2.2 Payment Deadline: The vendor fee must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. Invoices will be issued approximately thirty (30) days prior to the event. 2.3 Payment Method: Invoices will be issued electronically to the Vendor’s provided email address. Payment must be made through the approved online payment method specified in the invoice. 2.4 Failure to Pay: Failure to remit full payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the Vendor’s space at the sole discretion of the Organizer, without guarantee of reinstatement. 3. VENDOR SPACE 3.1 Space Allocation: Organizer shall assign Vendor a designated space. Organizer retains sole and absolute discretion in determining space location, size, and layout at all times, including the right to modify such assignments as reasonably necessary. 3.2 Setup and Takedown: Vendor may begin setup at 10:00 AM on the event day unless otherwise communicated in writing. Vendor agrees to commence takedown promptly at the conclusion of the event and to fully vacate the premises within one (1) hour. 3.3 Transfer, Subletting, and Representation: Vendor spaces are non-transferable. The reselling, assigning, sharing, sublicensing, or subletting of vendor spaces is strictly prohibited. Vendors shall not substitute, change, or permit any other individual or business to operate under their assigned space without the prior written consent of the Organizer. Any breach of this clause shall constitute a material violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of Vendor participation without refund. The Organizer further reserves the right to prohibit the Vendor from participation in future events. 4. COMPLIANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 4.1 Compliance with Laws: Vendor shall comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, regulations, and bylaws, including but not limited to those related to business licensing, taxation, product safety, and consumer protection. 4.2 Insurance: Vendor acknowledges and agrees that they are covered under the Organizer’s event insurance policy for general event operations. Vendor remains solely responsible for their own property, inventory, and conduct. 4.3 Approved Products and Services: Vendor shall only sell or display products and services that were disclosed and approved through the application process. Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require removal of any item deemed inappropriate, unsafe, counterfeit, or inconsistent with the event’s standards or theme. 5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 5.1 Cancellation by Vendor: All vendor fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to Vendor cancellation, non-attendance, or failure to comply with event requirements. 5.2 Cancellation by Organizer: In the event the Organizer cancels the event in its entirety, Vendor shall be entitled to a full refund of any vendor fees paid. The Organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses incurred by the Vendor. 5.3 Removal from Event: Organizer reserves the right to remove any Vendor from the event without refund for failure to comply with this Agreement, event rules, or reasonable instructions provided by event staff. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION 6.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, sales, or business opportunities. 6.2 Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Only Together Events Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to Vendor’s products, conduct, or breach of this Agreement. 7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND PROMOTION 7.1 Media Release: Vendor grants Organizer the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and use Vendor’s name, likeness, booth, products, and representatives for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes in any media, without compensation. 8. GENERAL PROVISIONS 8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta. 8.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications or understandings, whether written or oral. 8.3 Amendments: Organizer reserves the right to amend this Agreement or event policies at any time. Continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of such changes. 8.4 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
